Now lets see how it's done.

Setting up the 360 newsletter campaign in Traffic Oasis

Steps:

1. Log into your Traffic Oasis account here:
   Traffic Oasis Log In
2. Along the top of the page hold your mouse key over the "Autoresponder" section and click.
3. Click on the "Campaign #1" link.
4. You should now be on the "Control Panel" page. Scroll down and click the "Messages" link. You will then be taken to the "Messages" control panel. Scroll down and click the "Pre-Load" account link.
5. You should now be on the "Preload" page. In the "Fill 108150-1@inforeply.com with messages from:" box fill in the code "34533-2" (Without the quotes "").
6. Check the "automatically preload messages from one account to another, whenever messages of source responder are changed" box and leave the other two blank.
7. Click the "Preload" button. You should get the "Your autoresponder has been filled with messages from 34533-2@inforeply.com!" message.
8. Now, along the top of the page hold your mouse key over the "Prospects" section and click.
9. You will then be taken to the "Prospects" control panel. Along the top click the "Variables" link(Small writing).
10. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "domain_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. domain_id)
11. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your domain name (ie. yourdomain.com, home-business-tips-newsletter.com)
12. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
13. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
14. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "imc_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. imc_id)
15. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your IMC id (ie. 775313). You can find this id number in your Internet Marketing Center welcome email or in your current Getresponse account "Variables" section.
16. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
17. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
18. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "md_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. md_id)
19. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your MD id (ie. 14366, 25364 etc.). You can find this id number in your Madison Dynamics welcome email or in your current Getresponse account "Variables" section.
20. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
21. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
22. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "name_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. name_id)
23. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your name (ie. Mal Keenan). You can find your name on your birth certificate;-).
24. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
25. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
26. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "pb_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. pb_id)
27. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your PB id (ie. 3176, 36743, etc.). You can find this id number in your Push Button Publishing welcome email or in your current Getresponse account "Variables" section.
28. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
29. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
30. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "plugin_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. plugin_id)
31. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your Plug In Profits affiliate id (ie. 10, 1746, etc.). You can find this id number in your Plug In Profits affiliate welcome email/url or in your current Getresponse account "Variables" section.
32. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
33. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
34. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "sfi_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. sfi_id)
35. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your SFI id (ie. quickinfo247.com/235051 or ezinfocenter.com/235051 etc.). You can find this id number in your Six Figure Income(SFI) welcome email or in your current Getresponse account "Variables" section.
36. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
37. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
38. In the "Variable Name:" box enter "warrior_id" (Without the quotes"" ie. warrior_id)
39. In the "Predefined Value:" box enter your Warrior id (ie. 36106, 48759 etc.). You can find this id number in your Host4Profit welcome email or in your current Getresponse account "Variables" section.
40. Leave the "add also for slave accounts (with preload-on-change set to this responder) " UNCHECKED.
41. Click the "Add/Update Variable" button.
42. Scroll down on the same page and check that all your "Variables" have been added.
43. Now to test your emails. Scroll to the top of the page and click the "Messages" bar.
44. You should now be on the "Messages" control panel. Click the "Test Messages" link.
45. You should now be on the "Test Messages" page. Enter your regular email address in the "Your e-mail" box.
46. Click the "Test" button.
47. Now go to your regular email account in-box and check the links in all the emails to make sure that all your links send you to YOUR affiliate link pages.

That's it! You have now carried out your task to add your 360 day campaign to your Traffic Oasis account and also tested that all the links are operational.
